Everwhim Hollow Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
•    Everwhim Hollow currently ships within the United States only. All letters are prepared and mailed from the U.S.

When Letters Are Mailed 
To keep the magic of Everwhim Hollow thoughtful and sustainable, our mailing schedule depends on the type of letter ordered.

Individual Letters (One-Time Purchases)
All individual letters are mailed within 3–5 business days of purchase.
This includes:
•    Birthday letters
•    Special occasion letters
•    Stand-alone story letters

These letters are perfect for gifting and time-sensitive celebrations.

Subscription Letters
•    Subscription letters follow a monthly mailing rhythm.
•    All subscription letters are mailed once per month during the first week of the month
•    Orders placed before the end of the prior month will be included in the upcoming mailing
•    Orders placed after the cutoff will begin with the following month’s letter
•    This schedule allows our fairies to gather stories, prepare envelopes, and send each chapter with care and intention.

Shipping Method & Postage
•    All letters are sent via USPS First-Class Mail
•    Mail is not tracked, just like traditional fairy post
•    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of letters included in your order

Estimated Delivery Times
•    Delivery times begin after your letter has been mailed:
•    United States: Typically 3–7 business days
•    Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS handling, holidays, or weather. Once a letter leaves Everwhim Hollow, it continues its journey on its own magical schedule.

Order Confirmation & Address Accuracy 
•    After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
•    Please review your mailing address carefully.
•    Address changes must be requested before the letter is mailed
•    Contact us as soon as possible at hello@everwhimfairyletters.com if a correction is needed
•    If an incorrect address is provided and the letter has already been mailed, we’re unable to issue a refund.

Everwhim Hollow letters are meant to feel like a keepsake — not instant delivery. Each one is prepared and mailed with intention, and we thank you for allowing the magic the time it needs to travel.
