How Fairy Mail Travels

Every letter that leaves Everwhim Hollow is tucked carefully into its envelope, sealed with a fairy’s blessing, and sent on its journey through the ordinary postal world to reach your mailbox.

Postage & Delivery

For most Everwhim Hollow letters and subscriptions, postage is already included in the price of your order. There are no additional shipping fees for individual letters, monthly subscriptions, or 6-month and 12-month journeys.

Some specialty parcels ~ such as the Everwhim Welcome Bundle ~ include multiple printed treasures and special enclosures. Because these parcels are thicker and require additional postage, a shipping fee may be reflected at checkout for those items only.

All Everwhim letters are sent via standard mail and are not tracked. Once a letter leaves the Hollow, it travels through the human postal system before arriving at your home.

Mailing Schedule

Individual letters are typically mailed within **3–5 business days** of purchase.

Monthly subscriptions are gathered and sent during our monthly posting window — typically the first week of each month — so fairy mail may travel together in one enchanted bundle.

Six-month and twelve-month journeys follow the same monthly posting rhythm.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once posted, letters generally arrive within:

United States: 4–7 business days

We currently do not ship outside of the US.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as travel through the postal realms may vary.

Lost, Delayed, or Wandering Letters

If your letter seems to have wandered off course, please allow appropriate delivery time before reaching out.

We offer optional shipping protection at checkout. When selected, this protection allows you to request a replacement or refund if a letter is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged.

Without shipping protection, while we cannot guarantee replacement for lost mail, we will always do our best to help resolve the situation with care.

Order Confirmation & Address Accuracy

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your shipping details carefully — even fairies cannot redirect mail once it has entered the human postal stream.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@everwhimfairyletters.com so we may correct it before posting.

If an incorrect address was provided and the letter has already been mailed, we are unable to refund those letters. However, as a courtesy, we are happy to repost up to two letters to the corrected address.
