Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Everwhim Hollow, every letter is carefully prepared and sent with magic, intention, and a sprinkle of wonder. Because of the nature of our products, please review the policy below before placing an order.

Letter Purchases (Non-Returnable)

All individual letters and mailed fairy correspondence are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once a letter has been prepared and sent, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Each piece of mail is created specifically for its journey through the post and into your home, and we are unable to accept returns for mailed items.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have purchased a monthly, six-month, or annual subscription, you may cancel at any time.

* To avoid being charged for an upcoming month, subscriptions must be canceled before the 5th day of the month.
* Cancellations made on or after the 5th will apply to the following month, and the current month’s letter will still be sent.
* Once a monthly letter has been processed or mailed, it cannot be refunded.

You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your account on our website.

If Something Goes Awry

If your letter arrives damaged, or if you believe there has been an error with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help make things right.
