Welcome, dear friend of the Hollow! Below you’ll find answers to some of the most fluttery questions we receive from curious hearts and soon-to-be believers. If your question isn’t answered here, simply whisper it into the breeze—or send us a message—and a fairy will be in touch.
Who are these magical letters for?
Everwhim Hollow letters are lovingly crafted for children ages 2 to 10, though many dreamers older and younger have found delight in them too! If your child enjoys stories, magic, and the excitement of getting real mail, they’ll be right at home in our enchanted world.
Is this just for girls?
Oh, not at all! While many of our letters come from fairy maidens like Seraphina Starwhisper, Everwhim Hollow is also home to Glimmerkins ~ boy fairies with sparkle in their step and adventure in their hearts! Glimmerkins write letters too, and your child may receive tales from many magical beings: fairy guardians, animal messengers, starwardens, or even a gnome who writes in rhyme!
We believe every child deserves magic, no matter their gender.
When will my child receive their letters?
Magical timing is very important in the Hollow!
Subscriptions - your first letter will be posted ASAP. Each following letter will be posted on the 1st of each month.
Welcome Kit - will be posted ASAP.
Special Occasion Letters - please allow 3-4 for production, because these are personalized.
* Once posted, please allow 3-7 days for delivery.
What comes in each letter?
Each monthly letter includes:
- A beautifully written story from a fairy or magical creature, printed on keepsake-quality paper
- Occasional surprise inserts like realm stickers, or activity cards
- A sense of wonder tucked inside every envelope
And all of it arrives sealed with stardust, of course.
How are the letters sent?
We send letters the old-fashioned way ~ by post! That’s part of what makes the experience so magical. Your child will receive real mail addressed to them, delivered to your mailbox like a whisper from another world.
Can I personalize a letter?
Yes! We offer Special Occasion Letters for birthdays and tooth fairy visits. These can be customized with your child’s name and a personalized message woven into the magic.
We even offer the ability to turn your child into a fairy or Glimmerkin with a custom portrait and letter celebrating their magical role in the Hollow! Email hello@everwhimfairyletters.com to ask us how!
What if I move or need to pause?
Life sometimes calls us on unexpected adventures! You can update your address, pause your subscription, or cancel anytime through your customer portal or by sending us a message.
