Where Wonder Is Hand-Delivered
At Everwhim Hollow, every letter is written by moonlight (and careful hands), tucked into an envelope with intention, and sent off with a whisper of magic. To keep everything running smoothly in our little corner of the fairy realm, here are a few helpful notes for grown-ups.
Once a letter begins its journey through the Wingpost Guild, changes are no longer possible. If you catch something right away, reach out quickly and we’ll do our best to help before it flies off.
How the Mail Travels
Letters from Everwhim Hollow travel through the human postal service (with a bit of fairy guidance along the way). Processing times vary by product and season and will always be shared at checkout.
Because delivery times are guided by the post, we recommend ordering early for birthdays, holidays, or especially important moments.
Returns & Refunds
Since each letter is made especially for one child, *all Everwhim Hollow orders are final*.
That said, if something arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We believe in making things right and will happily help.
Subscriptions & Moon-Turn Mail
Monthly Subscription
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month until canceled. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
To avoid your next renewal charge, cancellations must be made before your upcoming billing date. Once a monthly letter has been written, prepared, or mailed, that month’s delivery cannot be refunded — its magic is already in motion.
Six-Month & Twelve-Month Journeys
Our 6-month and 12-month plans are prepaid, one-time purchases.
Because these journeys are reserved and prepared in advance, they are not eligible for cancellation or partial refunds once purchased. Letters will continue to arrive monthly for the duration of the selected plan.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please reach out and we will gladly assist.
A Note on Imagination
Everwhim Hollow letters are designed to spark imagination, wonder, and storytelling. They are intended as keepsakes and playful stories — not as promises, guarantees, or real-world obligations.
For our youngest readers, parental guidance is encouraged so the magic can be shared together.
Guarding Your Details
Your information is treated like a closely guarded fairy secret. We use it only to create and deliver your letters and never sell or share it.
